'We have enjoyed this property because of the street frontage, the property has been very private, quiet and secure. We have enjoyed the front patio and rear garden. Access to the freeway, the shops, restaurants and movies has been very convenient. An unexpected bonus was how close it is to Britannia Park to walk the dog. Our grandchildren have loved staying with us. It has been very easy to come and go as we please, especially since we made the garden less water dependent with artificial lawn and succulents. The surrounding trees create leaves but they keep the property cool and add to the privacy. We hope the buyer gets the same enjoyment of the property that we have had over the past eight years.nTITLE DETAILS
