THE STORY OF THE HOME BY THE VENDOR

LIFE IN GLEN OSMOND
For us, this has never just been a house, it has been the place where our family has grown, laughed, celebrated milestones and simply enjoyed doing life together. When we look back, it is the little everyday moments that we will miss the most:

A STREET THAT ALWAYS FELT SAFE & TUCKED AWAY FROM THE BUSINESS OF THE WORLD.
One of the things we have appreciated most is that Olde Coach Lane is a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. It gave us the confidence to let our children be children. They spent hours riding their bicycles up and down the street, playing outside and enjoying the freedom that comes with feeling completely safe.

THE PEACEFULNESS.
Even though life could be busy, coming home always felt peaceful. There is something calming about this street. The trees, birds singing, the quiet surroundings have made it easy to relax, enjoy family time and unwind at the end of the day.

WATCHING OUR CHILDREN GROW HERE.
This home has been the backdrop to so many precious memories. We watched our children learn to ride bikes, grow in confidence, make friends and enjoy the simple pleasures of playing outside on the street and felt safe to do so.

WONDERFUL NEIGHBORS.
We have been incredibly fortunate to share this street with kind and considerate neighbors. Everyone respects each other's privacy, yet there is also a genuine sense that people care and look out for one another.

THE CONVENIENCE WITHOUT THE NOISE.
One of the things we have always appreciated is how easy it is to pop down to Burnside Village or get to where we need to go, then return home to a street that remains quiet and peaceful. It has truly given us the best of both worlds.

EASY FOR OUR CHILDREN AS THEY BECAME MORE INDEPENDENT.
As our children grew older, being able to walk to the nearby bus stop made everyday life much easier.

A PLACE WHERE FAMILY NATURALLY GATHERED.
Our favorite moments have never been the big occasions-they have been the ordinary ones. Family dinners, conversations around the table, children doing homework, birthdays, Christmases, and simply spending time together have made this house a true home.

A HOME THAT HAS ALWAYS FELT WELCOMING.
Friends and family have often commented on how relaxed and peaceful they feel when they visit. It has been a home where people enjoy lingering over a cup of coffee, sharing a meal and making memories together.

A CHAPTER WE WILL ALWAYS TREASURE.
Leaving this home is not easy because it has been part of our family's story for over a decade. It has given us safety, peace, wonderful neighbors and a place where our children could grow with confidence. We leave with hearts full of gratitude and hope that the next family will love this home and this beautiful little street as much as we have.

Bevan asked for a story and he certainly received one.

We look forward to seeing you at the open inspect
