A word from our owner;
"One of my favourite places in this house is the lounge room, there's nothing more relaxing than sitting reading on a winter afternoon in the pool of sunlight created by the wall of windows, sipping tea. That only narrowly wins out over sitting on the large deck with a wine, looking over at the Brindabellas and the Fadden valley, watching the gorgeous sunset. Next on my list would be lounging in the hammock on a summer's day listening to the cicadas, shaded underneath the beautiful eucalyptus trees. Then there's the huge multi-purpose room, doing some craft while the children play in the courtyard just outside the doors.
This is a beautiful family home with so much scope for a young family. We had a trampoline, cubby house, sandpit, and veggie garden when the children were young and it's an exciting yard for exploration for little people! Fadden Pines is literally just a few minutes' walk away at the end of the street, so that was our extended back yard. The backyard eventually became a great cricket pitch, and the lower deck and paved section were then a great place for parties when they were older. The under-garage work area was also a great place for the children to learn so many skills.
The only time it gets a little raucous here is at dawn with the magpies and kookaburras, and again at dusk it's pretty noisy with the cockatoos, rosellas, galahs and again magpies all going home!"
