Last Listing description (March 2026)

It's hard to work out where to start on a property like this, with so much beauty in the backyard. I kind of want to start there, but with such a great house, I kind of want to start there, and then I want to leave all that and head down to the workshop, and start there.Let's make this a choose-your-own-adventure.I'll break it down into three sections - the house, the yard, and the workshop. You pick where you want to start and scroll down to your bit. THE HOUSEThe house is beautifully presented from front to back. You can see the floor plan for yourself and agree that this is tremendous use of space. The kitchen has been very well designed and is perfectly positioned to service the massive crowds that will no doubt be found regularly under your great patio at the back of the home. I know that kind of falls into the outside area, but it's such an integrated part of the home that it kind of has to feature in this part as well.Everything about this kitchen just works, with the big oven and stove, plus ample storage and great workspace. The living area is lovely, and there's a wood fire for the winter that will no doubt once again visit us (you should see the size of the wood shed that could keep this baby roaring all winter) And while that's a long way away right now, in the middle of summer, you can just enjoy the comfortable air-conditioned environment that is on offer. It's a lot cooler here than many other places too, thanks to that shade from this awesome garden that we'll talk about in the next section. The bedrooms are all of a good size, with the main bedroom featuring a large built-in wardrobe. Bedroom two features a built-in wardrobe and built-in study desk, and bedroom three comfortably fits the large bunk bed that is currently in place. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, and whilst it is very original, it's exceptionally clean and practical. That's the basics of what's in the house. The floor plan shows you more detail than I can describe, and we have a video walkthrough that you can watch to see it all. THE WHOLE BIG BLOCKOUT THE FRONT1,949 square metres is a big block, but it's particularly big when the whole thing is fully fenced. Now, I know that a fence seems like an odd thing to get excited about, but so many properties leave massive amounts of front yard space as unusable because there's no fence. This one is a secure and protected environment for you and everything in your world. The big bonus here is the parking at the front and the side access to the rear. You can kind of see that in the photos, but you'll see it more in the video tour.Starting at the front, we have two driveways. The first one leads to the massive carport at the front of the house. This is over three metres high, and there is incredible freedom for parking all kinds of gear in space like this. If it's just your daily drive, you could probably be getting around in the most obnoxious of lifted vehicles and still have room for stuff on the roof rack. It's that kind of height. The front garden area has been thoughtfully designed, with a pathway leading around the native gardens that require very little maintenance, while still providing such a beautiful welcome when you arrive at the front door. The driveway on the other side leads directly from the front to the back, right down to that beautiful workshop that we'll get to in a moment - or if you chose your adventure by starting at the workshop, the workshop you've already been to. OUT THE BACKNo doubt, if you live here, you'll be welcoming plenty of friends. That great backyard is the place where it all happens. It's a massive entertaining area and a beautiful garden that is truly a special place to be. The patio is in an elevated position overlooking the lawn and through to the very well-established shady gardens. It's significantly cooler out here, thanks to that magnificent protection. You can build whatever structure you like, but there's nothing like the coolness of shady trees. It's been carefully designed to create a protective area between the house and the workshop. In fact, as you sit up here, you'd barely even know any of that is part of your property. There's a playground for the kids, lawns for them to roll around on, and in the lower section of the yard is a separate patio that currently houses a spa. There are roll-down screens on here to create full protection from the elements. It's a versatile space with plenty of options.THE WORKSHOPEight and a half metres wide. Twelve metres long. That is just over 100 square metres of truly impressive workspace, with ample height for a hoist. It has been designed by the kind of bloke who knows how to do a lot of stuff. If you're the sort of person that is like that, then you will love what this is all about. Even if you don't know how to do anything, no one complains about having over 100 square metres of workshop. No one. The options for this kind of space are incredible. There is a large mezzanine area, so you can keep your storage separate from your workspace. It's seriously impressive. The adjacent lean-to area is perfect for storing all the kinds of gear that you don't want in your work area. It can fit trailers, boats, potentially even the caravan, and all the projects that are waiting to be taken care of in that magnificent workshop. The direct access from the front to the rear of this property is second to none, with the wide bitumen driveway leading all the way down to this huge hardstand area. It's fully concreted at the hardstand, and you have around 200 square metres of additional parking down here. This cannot be beaten for practicality. Or beaten in any way I reckon. WHERE IT ISThere is immense appeal to the home, and the location is superb. Check it out on Google Maps and see for yourself just how well positioned this home is. You can walk around the corner to the Village Shopping Centre, with great cafs, a bakery, and fresh produce all just a moment away. While the Village is a lovely, welcoming place, you can come home, close the gate, and be back in your own little world in a matter of minutes. It's also close to the bus stop. So for all its privacy and seeming remoteness, this is a remarkably practical place to live.WHAT NEXTIt really is the complete package. All three core elements are perfect and ready for you to move in and enjoy. To make a time to see it for yourself, hit the EMAIL AGENT button and we'll set up a time so you can see it for yourself!
