I fell in love with Park Villa when I first saw it in the mid 1980's. I tried to buy it in 1986 but missed out. I then became even more determined that I should own it, even to the point of begging the then new owners to sell the property to me. I eventually was successful and purchased it in 1991. Although Park Villa is a grand home, it has always felt warm and inviting. It has a great sense of history. The workmanship displayed in the home such as the hand grained doors and woodwork are a testament to the craftsmen of it time ( 1916). I have loved living at this home, and feel quite emotional parting ways. I do hope that the next owner loves it as much as I do and always will.
