We have a real rarity here – 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a Granny Flat) , a flat block, garden front and back on a quiet road in the up and coming suburb of Koongamia.

It's hard to find so much accommodation in the area, and for sure it needs a complete renovation, but the potential is huge.
