We have a two bedroom ground floor fully furnished apartment in Glendalough, available to rent NOW!Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and large wardrobes with plenty of drawer space. The living room has comfortable couches, refrigerated reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, a large flat screen TV and a blueray player.The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are all fully equipped with items such as a large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc etc. Pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are also included, together with glasses, mugs and other usual kitchen items.The apartment is completely self contained - all furniture is provided.Additionally, all bed linen (including spare sets of sheets etc) are also provided, as are towels, bath mats etc. In the kitchen, all pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, and glasses are included.The weekly rental of $400 includes all utilities - water, gas, electricity etc, plus wireless internet (200GB download/month).There is a single dedicated undercover parking spot, with additional off-street parking available for a second car or visitors.Please note we do require 6 weeks' rent to move in - 4 weeks is for the bond, which we lodge with the Bond Administrator, and the remaining 2 weeks is for the first two weeks' rent.The apartment is just down the road from the Glendalough Shopping Centre and is conveniently located to a bus stop on Harborne St, from which you can go into Perth or to the Glendalough train station.If you are interested and/or would like to view the property, please get in touch with Jen via email or mobile, to organise a viewing time.
