A CHURCH TO CALL HOME
'If we could take it with us we would!' These were the first words the current owners said to me upon meeting with them.
Welcome to the historic St George's Presbyterian Church.

Built in 1911 it was described as a credit to the architecture of Boulder. The Church still has the original jarrah flooring, with dado of polished jarrah, coved ceilings which rise to a roof furnished with Wunderlich steel (pressed metal). This property is truly a unique masterpiece; like nothing you have ever seen in Kalgoorlie- Boulder.
Entering through the tall white picket fence you are greeted by the freshly painted Church giving her back the love she deserves. To the right is a thriving mulberry tree and an arbour that leads to quaint little area to enjoy your morning cup of tea.
In 1996 the Church was sold and so began the journey of lovingly restoring it to its former glory and converting it into a beautiful family home. You will fall truly in love the moment you open the formidable front door to see the first of three grand chandeliers.
The entrance flows down the hall way to four of the bedrooms - three have built-in robes and the fourth would make a great office space. There is a beautiful staircase that leads to the master bedroom, which is a wonderful loft with an amazing overview of the living space, along with your own ensuite and walk-in robe.
Walking through from the hall prepare to have your breath taken away as you enter the enormous living space, the open plan dining room and kitchen area. The sunken dining area is spacious with a lovely feel to entertain your family and friends.
Moving forward you step up to the large stainless-steel kitchen with dishwasher and an abundance of cupboard space, including a large pantry. On one side of the kitchen is the laundry and the other is a large main bathroom with claw foot bath.
Outside there is a massive 12m x 6m gabled patio for your entertaining pleasure and a low maintenance reticulated garden. Situated on a 1208sqm parcel of land with rear lane access and an 8.5m x 6m shed, the Church Home is in a fantastic location close to shops, schools, hotels and sporting grounds.

*5 Bedrooms *2 Bathrooms *Original pressed tin ceilings *Polished jarrah floors *Chandeliers *Main bedroom on second floor *Massive kitchen with stainless steel appliances *Freshly painted exterior *72sqm gabled patio area *40.5sqm Shed *Split system air conditioners *Rear lane access *1208sqm Block
