Wungong Dam is just up the road, Southern Hills Christian College is only minutes away, and you're only moments from Albany Highway, making it a quick drive to shops, cafs, restaurants and all the everyday services you could need.

Even if you're not familiar with the area, allow yourself a little extra time after inspecting the home. Take a drive through Bungendore Park, head along Churchman Brook Road into Roleystone, and experience just how special this part of Perth really is.
