What YOU'LL LOVE:
What The VENDOR LOVES:
"Living in this home has been an absolute delight. We love the free-flowing floor plan with upstairs living. The way light streams through the extra large panoramic windows makes the house feel bright and warm even on a grey day. Being up on the hill and on a corner provides a feeling of spaciousness in this quiet, family friendly neighbourhood. We enjoy our stroll to the Farmer's Market for a coffee and croissant on a Saturday morning. We just love the large balcony, with its view towards Barwon Heads and Port Phillip Heads. Sitting there with a drink, taking in the ever changing colours of the sky, cloud formations and sea is our special way to relax and unwind. We love our garden as well, with its three "outdoor rooms" that provide relaxing spaces to catch the sunshine all year round. Having friends over for a meal in the alfresco dining area surrounded by lush greenery is so peaceful. Plus, being low maintenance, it allows us more time to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Torquay. We'll definitely miss our much loved home and the amazing sea view."
