The total land area of the property is 3,473 hectares (8,581 acres) with approximately 445 hectares (1,100 acres) cleared and suited to cropping and/or grazing.
These cropping and grazing areas consist of calcareous sandy loam soils with areas of stony outcrops and native woodland that act as shelter belts for livestock.

The balance of the land consists of low-lying saline pans, saline to brackish lakes and lagoons, and associated gypsum deposits.
These areas are part of a Gypsum mining exploration license that is in place with Pacific Road Minerals Pty Ltd.
