For 28 years It has been an absolute privilege to live at 570 Seaview Road, Grange. With the magnificent sun rises over the ranges and sunsets over the sea, it has been a secluded piece of heaven in this beachside area with every day being different. The penthouse has given us plenty of room to enjoy entertaining quite large groups, as well as accommodating family and friends who have enjoyed staying in this wonderful location. The two balconies have meant we can have breakfast at the front looking out to sea and sometimes spotting dolphins playing by the jetty and later enjoying the sunset with a drink in hand and then barbecues on the back balcony with the whole of the city lights before us.
The large undercover garage provided us with room for not only four vehicles but also great storage with plenty of room for bikes, motor bikes and golf gear. There's even room to practice your golf swing! Adelaide's major golf courses are along the "sand belt" and so not far from Grange. Living here has enabled us to have a very healthy lifestyle with golf and also cycling along the extensive foreshore bike/walking tracks as well as the wonderful beach walks – in particular from jetty to jetty. The kitchen and toilet facilities in the garage have been useful and appreciated. The entrance to the building offers security and privacy while the small garden offers a tranquil place to enjoy the outdoors. With reluctance, the time has come for us to downsize. We are sad to leave and wish the next owner as much happiness as we have had.
