Recent campaigns along Moss Street have shown just how much appetite there is for well-located industrial and warehouse space in Slacks Creek, and 42 Moss Street proved no exception. Bromley fielded interest from a strong field of buyers before the property found its new owner.
After more than 21 years with the same owner, the commercial building, zoned industrial but long put to use as a retail and warehouse space, has sold to its sitting tenant, RCE Performance Warehouse. The business has called 42 Moss Street home for over a decade, and this sale marks the moment that tenancy became ownership.
Congratulations to RCE Performance Warehouse on securing the site after years of patience and to the outgoing owner on a well-timed exit from a property that clearly still has plenty to offer.
Well done to Ben Armstrong for guiding both parties through to settlement. If you're weighing up buying or selling in the Moss Street precinct, now's a good time to talk to Bromley.
