The villa sits on the ground-level of a three storey home with the owners occupying the top levels. The villa has its own, private separate entrance on the side of the house.

The villa's large master-bedroom has a double bed, and a walk-in-wardrobe, with large glass sliding doors opening onto a patio and garden. It is also air-conditioned, and has a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom is generously sized, and also has a double bed and wardrobe. It is not air-conditioned. However, the room has a ceiling fan. The bedroom also opens onto a covered paved patio area and garden with outdoor furniture.

The third bedroom/study has a door, windows facing indoors, and a ceiling fan.

The living-room is air-conditioned, and also has a ceiling fan.

There is an undercover outdoor laundry with washing machine and an undercover clothes line (There is no dryer available).

The partially covered parking space is only available for one vehicle via a steep concrete driveway from a cul-de-sac. Your rainforest home has its own separate entrance via a staircase from the parking space.

The villa has mountain and city views, with ocean glimpses, and is a short five minute drive to Earlville Shopping Mall, featuring supermarkets (Coles and Woolworths) and department stores. Dan Murphy's Liquor store is also close-by.

The city and the Esplanade is a short 15 minute drive, as is the Cairns airport.

The electricity is metered separately from the owners upstairs. The electricity is billed quarterly. NBN internet is NOT included. Wireless internet is available at a cost from the upstairs owners.

The villa is fully furnished with double beds in both bedrooms (no linen is provided).
