"Point Break", "Soul" or "Drift" ... if those words stir feelings deep inside, you must make an effort to take a closer look at this property. We are writing this, for you. This property will become home to someone that has the surf in their blood. It has been built, with pride a passion, by a man who lived his life in pursuit of the "Endless Summer" and to this day crafts boards in his workshop.
41 Emerald Drive, Diamond Beach NSW is "surfy heaven". In this "neck of the woods" you're surrounded by likeminded lovers of the Beachboys.
For the record it is not actual beach front, but it's the next best option, less than 100 meters from the foam and built with full appreciation of what a beachcombers palace has to have to be fit for purpose.
NB:Vemdors comments on local surfing options.:
Diamond Beach:
A very surfing friendly beach when the prevailing winds are right. North Diamond (Also known as Back Saltwater) is a very good wave in North East winds.
Saltwater Point is a great right hander which works best in predominately SW to SE winds and East to South East swells. It holds a larger swell really well.
Next South is Blackhead Beach
Red Head Headland is at the northern end of Blackhead Beach. It protects the northern end of Blackhead Beach from North Eastern winds as long as they are not to strong.
Blackhead Point is at the southern end of Blackhead Beach it comes alive and works best in large East and South Eastly swells.
Further South we have North Tuncurry which is the Northern end of 9 Mile Beach and works well in off shore North Easterly winds.
The Southern end of 9 mile Beach is Tuncurry Breakwall and well known for its quality peaks and barrels.
Heading South it just goes on there are many good surfing breaks close to Forster and further South to Pacific Palms precinct (45 minutes away) are the world renowned Blueys and Boomerang Beaches.
Head North from Diamond and you have Old Bar where the break rolls over a sandy bottom, the waves are easy to surf and can break for up to 100 meters.
