Owner's comments:

20 years agowe purchased a tired cottage in a great location with lovely shady trees and plants in the garden. In 1996 the architect-designed transformation was completed and the result was a home with open plan living, polished timber flooring throughout, high ceilings that let in plenty of natural light and give the feel of the outside being part of the inside. Since then we have completed the package with an integrated wrap around deck at the back and at the end of 2012 reinvigorated the kitchen, bathroom and ensuite with new everything.

There isa true sense of being home when we come in the front door each day and wehave many happy memories of sharing our home with friends for special events and family get togethers. It is a perfect home for entertaining.
