THERE IS A BATHROOM WITH SHOWER AND BATH THAT YOU WOULD SHARE WITH ONE OTHER HOUSEMATE.THE HOUSE HAS PLENTY OF SPACE, INCLUDING A SMALL STUDY CLOSE TO THE SPARE ROOM, WHICH WHILE BEING USED COULD EASILY FIT ANOTHER SMALL DESK. WHILE FURNISHED, THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE FOR ADDITIONAL FURNITURE AS WELL AS SPACE FOR STORAGE. THE KITCHEN IS LARGE AND HAS TWO FRIDGES PLUS OVEN, MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER ETC. IT IS SITUATED CLOSE TO WODEN SHOPS (APPROX 5 MIN DRIVE) AND ABOUT 15 MINUTES DRIVE TO CIVIC. WE ARE A FRIENDLY EASY GOING HOUSEHOLD.
