About Renee
An experienced all rounder with a natural ability to communicate, Renee Cross honed her real estate skills working with a national real estate group based at Wollongong where she gained diverse experience in sales, property management and investment. After 20 years with the national property group including three years working in China, Renee moved to Sydney in 2011 and made a career change to floristry setting up her own boutique flower business, Mills and Co, while raising her young daughter and living in Elizabeth Bay. With her positive ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm and high level of personal attention, Renee’s flower business flourished. Four years later the real estate industry beckoned and Renee joined the sales team of Ray White The Woollahra Group - Elizabeth Bay in May 2018.
