As well as being a fully licensed Real Estate Agent, Cheryle has been a licensed Finance Broker since 2002. Cheryle bought her first property which was a 100-year-old terrace in Sydney in her early 20s and has owned and built a number of homes since. In the past 15 years she has been involved in creating a portfolio of property which has included many renos, sub-divisions and new builds from courtyard villas to large family homes. Cheryle has seen plenty of the good, the bad and the ugly sides of being in this industry. She also has an empathetic understanding from the client's point of view, which is what gives her an edge in the real estate business. Cheryle is often a guest speaker at seminars on investing in real estate, selling your own home, purchasing your own home, finance and gearing for property investing.
