Established in 1999, mode has provided sales and property management services across the Upper North Shore to Hills District. Mode is led by founders Neil & Meg Clark, who each individually bring over 3 decades of local real estate experience across sales and property management. We operate as a genuinely independent agency, built on what we call an "Integrity Culture" - traditional service values backed by modern systems and technology. That combination of deep local market knowledge and a proactive, hands-on approach is what buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants can expect working with mode.
