Bedroom 1 - (off the kitchen) with bunk beds, single bed and storage.
Bedroom 2 - (off the living room) with a double bed, king single bed and storage.
Living Room - large couch, Satellite TV, beanbags, IKEA lounge chair and split cycle air conditioning unit.
Kitchen - Round table that seats 6, gas oven / stove, full size fridge, espresso unit, toaster microwave, sink, bench space and cabinets for dishes food prep etc.
It has a combination of marine ply wood flooring and vinyl flooring so it is cosy, rugged and easy to clean. The split cycle air conditioning / heater is only 1 season old and the instantaneous gas unit which powers the outdoor shower is about 3 years old.
The park fees, which is all you pay, for the year are $9,220.70 GST Inc. (so there are no land tax, water, or power bills). You have free use of all the park facilities (BBQs / showers / toilets etc.). The only restriction is that you can't live in the shack permanently (FiFo is not allowed). That being said, there is no limit to the time you can spend in it (so if you can take the summer off - go for it).
To put it in perspective - this house is the price of a used caravan and the park fees are the price of a boat slip at Hillarys. Pretty good value to have your own place in Yallingup...
Park fees are paid in advance and we can work what the cost will be based on the date of purchase.
If you want to buy it furnished, that is an option as well.
