Last Listing description (December 2016)

What do you think about when you think about Woorree/Strathalbyn??
Large blocks ? Large houses? Side access? shed? Big back yard? Views of the Moresby Ranges?
Well what can I say this home really does tick all the boxes plus more!

I have had so much interest on this property I dont understand why is hasnt been sold.
Its located in a fantastic family friendly location of Strathalbyn, overlooking the hills, such serenity and piece.
This home is absolutely fantastic, its 224m2 total floor areas, 2 Massive living areas and a huge master suite with semi parents retreat, there is also a large corner bath in the ensuit for those time out evenings.
The house was built in a way where parents and children would definitely not collide; the remaining double sized 3 bedrooms are located at the side of the house down a hall way, where of course, the spacious 2nd bathroom is also located.
The bedrooms really are huge I am not exaggerating, they are so spacious a king size
bed plus bedside tables and tall boys could definitely fit, and of course all the bedrooms have built in robes.
The kitchen is a good size with plenty of storage, a walk in cupboard and of course access from the double garage which once again creates simplicity when lugging the groceries in.
If you love to entertain, you will be blown away by the giant cement floored peeked roof patio, its absolutely amazing and massive once again. The best thing is the yard is so huge so if you entertain youre not sitting in your neighbours yard!
Theres a large shed for the boys toys, plus a garden shed and fruit trees and of course a rain tank!
I can go on about this property, but for this price Im shocked it must be sold.
