Subiaco is just down the road for a footy match, access to the freeway is a breeze and just a short drive down the road is the coast. This location really is great.
WHAT THE OWNERS LOVED ABOUT LIVING HERE
We loved living here as it provides an easy commute to into the city for work, and we are an easy 2 minute stroll to the train station. There is a shopping centre to the rear of the property through the laneway which is extremely convenient and there has been a recent boom in cafes and small licence bars within the area including Hylin, Tracks, Aliment, Piccolos, The Office and Stanleys to name a few which we frequent often. We are also within a short walk to our favourite Subiaco and Leederville haunts. The property is one of the few federations houses left in the area and its a quiet and peaceful location.
