We particularly enjoy the high ceiling in the lounge and the easy access to the outside front enclosed garden which flows beautifully. We like that the kitchen is separate to the larger open area in the front rooms. The front door and front entrance, both external and internal, we especially love. My favourite room is the enclosed front patio where I love to sit reading while enjoying a cuppa or a G & T and our loved garden. We also like that the main bedroom and bathroom are spacious. We move around the spaces in this home easily. Words can't describe the privilege of living so close to Lake Monger.
