WHAT THE OWNERS LOVED ABOUT LIVING HERE:
We have absolutely loved everything about living here. The multiple living spaces means the whole family can be doing their thing and we are not living on top of each other. Perfect with our older children. When we do come together we have a lovely large living space to spend time together, whether it be in the amazing private outdoor living spaces or indoors.
The house has a really functional layout with loads of storage which is a massive bonus! It is also low maintenance house so we don't feel we are slaves to the property. And the bathtub has been a godsend after a busy week!
The location has been so ideal for our family, the street itself is very quiet with great neighbours including our Guitar/Piano teacher just over the back fence. We are within walking distance to Matthews netball Centre which has meant we havent had to deal with parking there.
There are also great cafes, shops, and parks close by, as well as Subiaco, Leederville, the beach, Wembley Golf Course, and the WA Basketball and Swim centre. It really has been a great place to live!
