This little gem is a great place to live! Close to subi, the city and the beach; you'll never be bored! Gorgeous Lake Monger is a fabulous place to walk around with lots of beautiful wild life. Complete with parks and bbqs. Herdsman lake, situated behind the apartments has lovely spacious luscious grass areas, perfect for lazy Sunday afternoons with a picnic and a bottle of wine. If you have little ones, there is a playground right next to the apartments too for them to burn some energy. Along with local schools and day cares, in walking distance. The bistro down the street also has a playground inside it! Can't get better than that!If you don't mind a cold beverage the Herdsman tavern down the street is a great little pub (with cheap beer!). 2 bottle shops in walking distance, and also close to the wembley, Botanica and the saint. IGA is walking distance, as is a petrol station, train station and laundromat.The apartment has just had a bit of a face lift. New shower, toilet and bathroom vanity, plus gyprocked walls and freshly painted throughout.Both bedrooms have sliding mirror wardrobes with LOTS of room for clothes and shoes. Floating floorboards and tiles in wet areas.Large outside paver patio area. Great privacy and security with high fences and a key lock garden gate. There are also black mesh cafe blinds which can be secured down too, or left up for more sunlight. Air conditioner in the main bedroom. Fabulous pool in the complex for cooling off in the warmer months. Neighbours are lovely. Some I've known for over 10 years. I always felt really safe living there, plus it was nice to have a helping hand, or just a chat with a friendly face. Car park has a secure gate. 1 undercover car bay in a great spot. Pet friendly - not suitable to dogs who bark a lot though, due to others rights to quiet enjoyment. 2 week pet bond if you have one.
