The office area is built over two levels and features reverse cycle air conditioning, carpeted floors, suspended ceilings and recessed fluorescent lighting. Within the office is an amenities area which includes male and female toilets with tea prep facilities. The main office is semi-detached from the workshop with connectivity provided via a covered breezeway.

The workshop consists of two bays and comprises a reinforced concrete floor with concrete and Colorbond walls. Minimum truss height is approximately 7 metres. Lighting to the warehouse is provided by a combination of translucent roof sheeting and high bay lights. Running in each of the bays is an overhead gantry crane with one bay featuring a 5t crane and the other bay featuring a 10t crane.
Within the workshop is an amenities area with offices above. Access to the building is excellent through three large sliding doors, two fronting Kewdale Road and the other at the rear of the building.

There is also a right of way which allows access from Dowd Street. Because of this drive-through access from Kewdale Road to Dowd Street is permissible.
