This is the real view from the front balcony, not someone else's view. This is your view that can never be taken away, and it is arguably the best view in Perth. This property is absolute Beach Front.

The house has the usual standard things such as five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, bamboo floors and air conditioning, but it has some things that you don't find in other houses. This house has a balcony that is positioned so that you can sit on it. The prevailing wind is southerly, but this balcony shelters you from the Southerly wind allowing you to sit and enjoy the afternoon. We have installed some blinds along the balcony so that the balcony is pleasant even when there is a bit of a Westerly wind.

The main living area is upstairs to take full advantage of the view, but the special thing about this house is the Northerly aspect which means heating and cooling costs are minimal. In winter the sun heats the thermal mass to make the area very pleasant. In Summer the Southerly winds cool the living areas so air conditioning is hardly ever needed. This house is walking distance from the Two Rocks Marina and boat launching ramp, The Two Rocks Shopping Centre and the Sovereign Drive Beach Access. The Two Rocks Marina is currently being upgraded. There is a bus service from the Two Rocks Shopping Centre to Perth City.

The Yanchep Train Station is due to be completed in 2023, and then it will be a 10 minute drive to the train station with parking available. There is a new Woolworths Shopping centre being built close to the Two Rocks Shopping Centre.
