I love the apartment for its size!
It's amazing for entertaining and very private.
This area is easily the best in Perth, a five minute walk to Northbridge and the city, and just up the road to Highgate and Mount Lawley.
I have never lived somewhere more convenient and yet totally peaceful.
Not that we need a car, but we have the biggest private garage of any apartment in Perth!
WHAT DOES MY FUTURE HOLD
Wow, huge apartments like these in small complexes are certainly rare. Add in the all changes occurring locally and you are sure to see excellent growth in the future as the area transforms into one a great near city location.
