WHAT MY OWNER SAYS ABOUT ME
What I like about the area is that it's so close to Hyde park and the city, but also walking distance to Beaufort Street cafes and restaurants.
The complex itself is quiet and well maintained.
My favourite feature of the apartment is the spacious living area and the kitchen.
WHAT DOES MY FUTURE HOLD
These types of properties always sit in a comfortable affordability zone and have a history of good growth over the years. One bedroom apartments that are located only 500 meters away are selling for $400,000, making this two bedroom apartment outstanding value in the current market.
Great investment with estimated rental return of $350-$375 per week.
