$148k? That's What A Block Costs!
Hi There! Will you love me? I am a pretty tired home but all I need is love and lots of elbow grease. I have been diagnosed with 'worst house, best street' syndrome, I have been showing all the classic symptoms for a while now. Please don't let that put you off though... I have a bedroom and a lounge once you step in off the front verandah and have finished admiring the view I capture of distant Mt Ommanney and surroundings. My tenants say the hills light up beautifully in the morning and evenings, they are paying $100.00 per week until the end of October. Set up a computer or nursery in the second bedroom that comes off the kitchen with this flooring that is actually lyno but still looks like floor boards to me! The kitchen cupboards are quite modern considering my age and I have a gas stove. The bathroom is an add on off the laundry with a shower over the bath. My toilet is outside to keep the garage company. I have this paddock at the rear and I back onto a lane, did I mention I am 832m2? I bet you've heard size matters and I certainly have that going for me!!
