The orchard comprises a 15-year-old planting of 2200 truffle-inoculated trees on 4.8 hectares and a more recent planting of 1.1 hectares (568 trees) planted in spring 2024. The initial planting comprises mixed English oak (Quercus robur) and hazel host trees and the later planting is French oak (Quercus ilex).

A secondary income is derived from beef fattening on pasture which has been fenced into 18 paddocks with access to water and shade.
