Current owner prior to relocating overseas loved the location of the unit with the huge block size. She loved the proximity to the city and that she could ride her bike into the city in 20 minutes, it's a lovely ride on the bike path along the river to the city. I would often go to concerts at the Perth Concert Hall on a Saturday night, it was a ten-fifteen minute drive and I could be home and tucked up in bed by 10pm.
