A glass door at the end of the kitchen allows direct access to the deck and allows more light to flood into the home.
On the opposite side of the living area and through another door to the wing on the north eastern wing of the home are the two spare bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.
The fourth bedroom is very large and at present has a queen size bed, wardrobe space and a lounge suite which is great accommodation for family and friends, a large bedroom for teenagers, a playroom or second living area.
The gardens consist of raised garden beds with vegetables and herbs as well as a large array of fruit trees offering a selection which includes but is not limited to; almonds chestnuts, apple, pear, apricot, avocado, lemon, lime, orange, mandarins and pomegranate. The stand of trees towards the front of the block gives the property the 'Margaret River' country feel whilst being in town.
