What a fantastic townhouse and soooooo close to town, I'm not kidding when I say you can park the car and walk everywhere. The lovely elderly owner has moved closer to family in Perth and after a long discussion has decided to sell her beloved townhouse.
The new owner will enjoy a large family room and separate meals area, the kitchen is original but in great condition, the major highlight compared to others I have seen is definitely the 2 car parking and also the large upstairs balcony, I can see myself chilling here before walking to the cinema only minutes away.
