They're certainly pretty decent, but not massive. OUTSIDEThe house is great, and it has huge potential, but this backyard is really something else. Whilst people were possibly a bit smaller in 1969 the backyards were way bigger! It's an enormous block with enormous potential there is access to the rear for a vehicle to get through the back end of the garage/ carport. Build your shed, build your garden, and live the great Australian dream like it's 1969. WHERE IT IS This is truly an awesome location if you are looking for convenience, it's only moments away from Challis train station, it's easy walking distance to Kingsley Primary School and Kelmscott Senior High School, as well as has plenty of parks nearby with one just across the street and the Creyk Football Oval just around the corner, it's also very close to the Armadale Hospital.
