This property is situated within the new Hamelin Grove subdivision and is walking distance to Karridale village centre at the cross roads of Bussell Highway and Brockman Highway. The location is quite secluded but is still close to Karridale.The village centre is only small, which is not a bad thing, and has a tavern that serves good food, a bottle shop, two roadhouses and a post office. Other services are available in Augusta, 15km south, and Margaret River, 30km north. Access to beaches is also close with Hamelin Bay only 6km to the west and Augusta. The Blackwood River is located 7km east along Brockman Highway.13 Lumber Crescent is positioned in the south west corner of the Hamelin Grove subdivision. At 3493sqm in area it is one of the larger lots created in this development. This lot has a degree of privacy with good stands of small trees which provides some screening from the road and the winds. Being a little lower in the landscape than most of the other lots, there is some good soils here for gardens and veges. The lot is boundary fenced using pine posts and ringlock with a steel gate. A lot of young shrubs are already established around two sides of the lot.Come in and have a look at this spot. I think you might be surprised just how lovely it is.
