Our favourite time of the day is in the evenings just on sunset as the Kookaburras sound out the final ramparts of the day. As the final rays of light disappear look to the heavens and you are treated to spectacular views of the night sky which is unimpeded as there is no light pollution.
When permitted to burn out doors sitting outside around the fire pit with your favourite brew with family or friends is a cherished time with the spectacular views on offer. At times you will see the ISS flying overhead or Elon Musk's Star link array passing by.
During Autumn, pick the variety of juicy fruit on offer from the established stone fruit trees nectarines, apricots, and peaches. Pick fresh vegetables from your raised garden beds depending upon the season. Home grown produce with flavour.
