Having been established since 1980, the Kalbarri Reef Villas has a very good name within the tourist industry and as such has an inflow of regular guests who often come back and stay at the Kalbarri Reef Villas on their return to Kalbarri.
Kalbarri Reef Villas has been offering all the owners a healthy return for a good period of time now (figures available) and there is no reason why this shouldn't continue. All the income goes into a pooled fund and from this fund all expenses are paid, (excluding annual rates and land taxes) so that at the month's end the owners receive a NETT figure paid into their nominated cheque account. The only extra deduction that may be taken out is for any extra-ordinary expense that may occur within the villas. Such as repairs done by a tradesman or the replacement of capital items.
There are no ongoing expenses that you will be asked to contribute each month from your personal finances, all costs are covered during the course of the month. The managers prepare the budget each year and that is forwarded to each owner for approval and input of ideas. Each month financial statements are prepared showing all the income and expenditure turnover and occupancy.banking statement and maintenance account statement.
