The gardens are beautifully appointed with plenty of room front and back.Lounge room with the comfiest of lounge chairs upon entry, which then leads around to the well planned kitchen. Stove top cooking and an oven means you can cook anything your heart desires.The laundry has a washing machine and access to the back yard where there is a large hills hoist. A toilet and shower are also here just off the laundry.A bedroom for the kids is also on the ground level with 2 sets of bunk beds.The staircase is nice and wide and you'll find the remaining bedrooms and bathroom up here. One bedroom has a queen bed and an air con as well as a ceiling fan. The next bedroom also has a ceiling fan and 2 single beds.The master bedroom is massive, Queen bed and pantry of cupboards. There is a good size walk in robe, with enough room for an iron and ironing board. A small balcony boasts a good view of the street and the beach.The bathroom has a shower over the bath tub and another toilet.Out the front doors and there is a beautiful dining setting and BBQ undercover, on the porch. The front yard is enclosed so let the rug rats run around and burn off some energy.Plenty of garden to admire... I bet you haven't seen more beautiful frangipanis than right here. In in the right season, there are even tomatoes and mulberries out the back.Fish cleaning bench out the back too, but remember to dispose of your fish carcasses properly!The driveway is nice and long, plenty of room to park your boat.Definitely walking distance to the beach, and a park with a playground just up the street.Suitable for happy families.
