Why my owner has loved living here
I love the fact that I only have a neighbour on one side and no houses behind me. It really does feel like a private retreat. Ill miss my garden, water wheel and fish pond which I built up from scratch as I have spent many happy hours pottering there and sitting in a sunny corner. I have appreciated the roomy garage where I have created a work-shop which has seen many projects over the years. I enjoy the ease of getting to the Freeway and love the proximity to the beach in summer.
