Outside there is a lovely area with a below ground pool with a new pump filter. The outside patio area is huge and looks over the pool area. There is a shed with power which makes for a great workshop or craft area. The carport is double in length with a remote control lockup door. The retic run off the mains and the hot water system is a new Rheem instant. The windows have security locks and there are security lights as well. This is a well built home with timber door frames and skirting boards and clay tiles on the roof. It is on a corner in a quiet location close to schools, shopping centres and has quick access to Public Transport, Perth and Reid Highway.
