Last Listing description (October 2013)

Zoned R20/R30 881sqm with 28 meter road frontage,
This block is primed for redevelopment to two dwelling sites or has original 1967 home, perfect for the renovator.

Brick and Tile home with original features such as jarrah flooring, ornate cornices and open fire place to lounge this home is comfortable to move straight into, but with some TLC, it could be bought back to former beauty.

There is a below ground pool which could be sparkling for summer days and a lovely back yard for the kids to play in.

For the developer, this block would prosper with two new homes, perhaps one to live in and the other to make your profit?

Development of the district of Gosnells dates back to 1829 when the rich soils and abundant waters of the Canning River attracted early settlers.
One of the early pioneers was John Okey Davis who arrived in WA with his wife and seven children on the ship "Lotus" in 1829. Davis' land was eventually sold to Charles Gosnell in 1862. Gosnells was a director of a famous London firm of John Gosnell and Co., perfumery manufacturers, and it was from this association that the name of the area originated.
