As with all homes of this vintage, it is full of character and charm that cant be replicated but it has fallen below its best and needs some handyman touches to make it beautiful once more.

So what needs doing - well - a bit and some might say a lot - but having done these flips I think its all pretty manageable. So to summarise - reno the place - but I believe the price on this size land will support a 50k reno no problem at all and if you do it will be BRAND SPANKING new and just to your own taste.
