Whilst the toilet and laundry have been modernized it is probable; they are realigned with any future potential renovations.

The dining area has a glass sliding door leading into the rear garden which includes a brick paved area, which it is envisaged that extensions may be done later and a more formal back garden with paving and limestone wall, partially covered most of the day by shade from the trees.

When there is a breeze open the front and rear doors and enjoy the cool westerly or refreshing easterly through the entire home!

Whilst on-street parking is permitted further parking is available for a car through the rear laneway.
