Looking for love in Como Beach!
Let's be clear about this from the very start, I am in desperate need of a makeover, actually, if I were to be completely honest, I need to be fully renovated. The past few years have not been kind to me, I have been somewhat neglected, my owner just didn't have the means to do the things that were needed to be done. That being said, if the right person could see the potential in me, and put in the time and effort, boy I am ready, willing and able to be the most awesome home ever!
A little more about me: I am street front, in my mid 50's and located in the best part of Gardner street, (in between Labouchere Road and Coode Street) my previous owner had me for the past 25 years. I am a strata (although I have nothing whatsoever to do with the home behind me) built on 365m2 , I am private and secure, with three large bedrooms, huge lounge, (full of sunlight), double carport, nice front garden with established plants, a great rear paved and fully enclosed rear courtyard with water feature, massive shady tree and undercover pergola.

I also have a rather unusual sun room to the back which I am not too fond of and not sure is much of a feature.
Anyway, enough about me, if you have the passion and means to invest in me, I have no doubt we will make the perfect partnership for many years to come. I'm willing if you are!
