Freehold - Walk In Walk Out
Masonmill is a very unique and exciting development venue in the Perth Hills. It is a blend of the old and the new that works seamlessly together. The development has been designed for weddings, functions, gatherings and built with families in mind as well as providing full access to persons who use mobility aids.
The design for the venue was inspired by visiting many such venues in Europe and choosing what would work best in the Australian climate. The use of the rose stock that was once prevalent on the property ensures that past customers can still visit and enjoy the beautiful gardens.
The restaurant is modern and fully air conditioned which makes it functional and comfortable all year around. The various seating areas adapt to the changing weather conditions making it a pleasurable place to sit, relax and enjoy your coffee or lunch summer, winter, autumn and spring.
The owners have enjoyed the last ten years and time for their next project. Masonmill is looking for special owners to expand the complex further. An example of the type of additional businesses that could be run from the complex are as follows but not limited to:
* 240-seater function and conference centre with 10 luxury hotel style rooms
* Short stay accommodation 20-30 chalets - Glamping Luxury Tents
* Micro-Brewery
* Day Spa
* Wellness Centre
The area next to the restaurant has been cleared for any one of these developments and the infrastructure such as power, water and sewage have been installed.
The inclusion of a 240-seater function centre as well as accommodation would see Masonmill Gardens become the premier destination for special events in Western Australia.
Based on what we have seen in the market over the last seven years there is a need for a function centre in the Perth Hills to provide an Australiana feel to functions is badly needed.
There are two plans on the table:
Plan 1 - semi permanent structure
We are currently in the process of installing a semi-permanent marquee that's 30 metres x 15 metres to sit 250 people. Now installed.
The Marquee will incorporate the following:
Capacity for 250-300 guests
A casual sit-down area
LED floor lighting
12 chandeliers
Audio Video system
Air-conditioning
Security system
External toilet block
Preparation kitchen and bar
