Last Listing description (March 2017)

This very low maintenance home has a great entertaining/BBQ area, fully enclosed, with its very own Cellar. There have been plenty of recent improvements and it is extremely well presented. There is good size shed & a Granny Flat at the rear, so there is plenty of space for everyone. This property is ideal as a rental or for the owner occupier. It is in an excellent location and is an easy walk to the hotel, shop and beach. With the huge lack of rental properties available this could be a great investment opportunity!
Bremer Bay is 180km east of Albany and is at the West entrance to the internationally famous Fitzgerald River National Park & Biosphere , a great place to check out the amazing wildflowers & whales in season!
Bremer Bay is situated in the Shire of Jerramungup and the permanent population is approx 500 people in Bremer Bay. We enjoy a temperate climate with good reliable rainfall!

There are 3 large Bays surrounding Bremer and an abundance of beautiful beaches offering Beach & Boat Fishing, Snorkelling, Scuba Diving, Swimming, Surfing, Sand Boarding, 4 Wheel Drive Adventures, Quad Bike Tours around Dillon sand Dunes and Beaches, Winery with excellent cellar door, and Camping. We have an excellent Gym that is also open to visitors! Take a trip out to the Bremer Canyon & see the Orcas in Jan/Feb/Mar
Bremer Bay also boasts one of Country WA s best museums and hours can be whiled away walking through the Wellstead Museum , followed up with a coffee or meal at the Famous Wellstead Museum s Caf .
Bremer Bay is on the move again, with loads of exciting things happening in and around Bremer including a New Town Centre, the first commercial block & Medium Density Housing block are now on the market so you could easily find a prime location for a new business! The new Industrial area is specially zoned Rural Enterprise to allow people to live and work from the same place or use as a simple lifestyle block, these are now on the market also & should have roads in place mid-2015. The new civic town square has had it s initial plans put in place, so hopefully will be started in the not too distant future to give the town somewhere to gather? A new Medical Centre also on the cards, subject to government funding of course!
All in all Bremer is a great place to live, work and play and definitely worth the visit if you have not been here before, it is the best kept secret in the West!
