Front access is off Morrell Way. There is a roller door that secures access to the garage
or carport. You can park up to about 3 cars behind the roller door on the tiled driveway.

The 2 other bedrooms outback have wood covered floors. One has no BIR. The other has an extensive series of built-in cupboards.

Outback is a fairly decent sized patio which is approx 3m x 11m and a shed which is about
4m x 7m. There's also an old hills hoist style clothes hanger and a large clothes hanger which is under the patio.
