Build between 1991 1995, the home is of two storey construction, built of solid, quarried, limestone blocks from Carabooda. Due to the high insulating quality of limestone and high ceilings this home requires no air conditioning.
Karri and Jarrah, the roof is covered in concrete tile. Upstairs bedrooms have insulated ceilings. Extensive use of plantation pine in ceilings. Exposed beams feature throughout. Main bedroom and dining room feature ornate cornice and ceiling roses.
All rooms have 9 ceilings. The central lounge has a vaulted ceiling extending to the second storey.
All doors are of solid wood construction, some featuring bevelled glass.
Donnybrook stone feature on the dining and lounge floors. Quality Italian tiles are laid in the kitchen and bathrooms. Other rooms feature quality carpets; the upstairs carpet was laid in February 2007.
Kitchen. Large country style, sunny breakfast nook, unobstructed garden views from every window. Kitchen benches are Indonesian teak, wood slow combustion stove which heats the water system.
Stainless steel gas oven and cook top. Large 4 door pantry.

Access to the kitchen and veranda. This area contains a separate shower and toilet.

Main Bedroom. Has access to side veranda. The large ensuite has a spa, shower and walk in robe recess and a separate toilet.
The upstairs bedrooms are accessed by the staircase in the lounge which leads to a mezzanine balcony. First door on the left opens to a huge studio with arched windows facing east and south.
There are 3 double sized bedrooms on the south side of house, each with dormer window. The upstairs bathroom is at the west end of mezzanine balcony, has shower and toilet.

Colour bond roller doors and workshop area. Garage constructed in the old style, it has full concrete floor, power and lighting.
Garden House.
Brick paving floor, iron walls and tile roof with small veranda, facing north onto the fenced veggie garden. Also separate 3m x 3m colour bond garden shed with jarrah floor within the veggie garden.

20,000 gallon, poly liner, services the houses full requirements.

Low pressure copper tank, all rain water, solar panels, electric booster and wood stove heating.

20m x 12m two storey colour bond barn was originally built as a temporary home whilst we built our house. This has 3 bedrooms, bath, toilet, full kitchen, and veranda. Wood stove heating. Electric HWS, electric stove and air conditioning. Rain water tank and river water tank. This dwelling is currently rented at $130. P/week to a single male.
